Russ Cash, NBC-HIS, has been helping people hear their best since 1987. Inspired by a genuine desire to understand and support people through their hearing journey, Russ is passionate about improving the quality of life for those experiencing hearing loss through education, empathy, and proven hearing solutions.

The most rewarding part of his work is helping patients feel understood and watching them reconnect with the people and moments that matter most. Every day, Russ is committed to leading with empathy, taking a consultative approach, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident throughout the hearing process, with solutions tailored to their individual needs.

When not helping patients reconnect with the sounds and people they love, Russ enjoys sharing his decades of hearing care experience with others and values spending time with family, friends, and the community. After more than 40 years fitting hearing instruments, he continues to find tremendous satisfaction and enjoyment in helping patients hear their best.
